The silhouette could either be straight down or slightly filled. Nothing like hoops and petticoats, but stylish nonetheless. Wedding dresses made in the medieval style today borrow much from the past, but have a lot of modern touches. For instance, most of the dresses made today are white, though few are pure white. Because colors are more vivid today, as well as fabrics, newer colors such as reds and purples might be infused into the modern gowns.
